SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We're committed to making sure our customers get their art prints in a timely manner. We offer standard and expedited shipping options, with rates calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method. US shipping only.
RETURNS
Returns accepted within 14 days of receipt.
We want you to love your art! If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt. To initiate a return, please get in touch with us at Jelly.sharkss@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of receipt at [email address] with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancel orders within 24 hours of purchase
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement by contacting us immediately at [email address] with your order number. After 24 hours, we may not be able to cancel your order as it may already be in process.
